Renee Ritchie is an accomplished choreographer, educator, and entrepreneur, making an indelible mark on the global dance industry. As the co-owner and co-founder of the Tasmanian Dance Expo, she is dedicated to fostering the next generation of dancers through world-class training and networking opportunities.

Before moving to the United States to elevate her career, Renee was a lead teacher at Brent Street Studios (2011-2014), where she trained some of today’s most sought-after dancers, including Paris Cav, Michael Dameski, Cassie Bartho, and Alex M. Her expertise and mentorship continue to inspire aspiring performers worldwide.

Renee’s professional career spans high-profile projects across television, film, live performances, and music videos. She has choreographed for So You Think You Can Dance Australia (Season 4), Dami Im’s Fighting for Love, and Paula Abdul’s Straight Up Tour under the direction of Tina Landon. Additionally, she has contributed as an assistant choreographer for Jennifer Lopez’s All I Have and Britney Spears’ Domination Las Vegas residencies.

Her choreography credits extend to Disney’s D23 Expo, where she worked with stars from High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, Zombies 3, and Under Wraps 2, as well as MGA’s LOL Surprise Remix Dance Show on YouTube and Tauren Wells’ Citizen of Heaven Tour. Renee also played a key role in the creation of Blippi The Musical, which continues to tour internationally.

As a seasoned judge, Renee has worked with prestigious dance competitions, including View Dance Challenge, KAR, and Rainbow. She has also taught at esteemed studios such as Movement Lifestyle, TMilly and Debbie Reynolds as well as at numerous conventions across the U.S. and beyond.

Known for her boundless passion and dynamic teaching style, Renee pushes her students to achieve their highest potential—both physically and artistically. She is committed to creating opportunities that empower dancers with the confidence to forge their own paths in the industry.
